Terms of Service

By accessing and using Herald Group's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Herald Group provides:

• • Digital marketing and advertising solutions
• • Creative design and content creation
• • Consulting and advisory services
• • Educational courses and training programs

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Use our services for lawful purposes only
• • Respect intellectual property rights
• • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

You agree not to:

• • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• • Interfere with or disrupt our services
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Share your account credentials with others
• • Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methods

• • Fees: All fees are stated in USD and are subject to change with notice
• • Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• • Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional charges
• • Refunds: Refund policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated

All content, designs, methodologies, and materials created by Herald Group remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement. Client materials and information remain the property of the client.

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to deliverables as specified in individual project agreements.

Herald Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• • All outstanding fees become immediately due
• • Access to proprietary materials will be revoked
• • Confidentiality obligations continue
• • Completed deliverables will be provided upon full payment

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Herald Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
